Our Process
Elevate your holiday dessert game by serving up slices of this Whiskey Pecan Pie that is unique to Frog Hollow. Chef Becky chops up our very own organic dried fruit and soaks them in whiskey overnight, before adding them to a classic pecan pie filling. The infused dried fruit adds a perfect tanginess and nice whiskey flavor that perfectly complements the nutty pecan taste throughout the pie. The thin layer of decadent dark chocolate hidden between the filling and our specialty light and flaky crust adds an extra richness to the pie that makes this an exceptional autumn delight. This pie is so easy to prepare for serving up at any holiday gathering and will be sure to impress your friends and family.
This product is perishable and will be kept frozen in an insulated cardboard cooler for pick-up at the CSA site. All add-on items are labeled with your name on the side and the product is listed on the label. If you order multiple items, you may have more than one add-on box. We REUSE our boxes and packing materials so please return these to your pick-up location. Keep frozen until baking. Comes with baking instructions.
