Whether you opt for a whole or half hog share to feed your family, you choose from the following sections based on your preference of cuts: ham, shoulder (aka Boston butt/picnic butt/picnic shoulder), ribs, belly, porkchops, and ground pork/sausage. Our price is currently $6.50*/lb based on hanging weight and includes standard** processing fees, custom cut & freezer wrapped pork, and delivery within 45 miles of the farm. Average hanging weight for a whole hog share is 225 lbs.
A whole share will yield approximately: (will verify weights when we get our pork)
~20 lbs Ham
~20 lbs. Shoulder (Boston butt/picnic shoulder)
1 Rack of Spare Ribs
5–6 lbs. Belly/Bacon
~10 lbs. Bone-in Pork Chops
~15 lbs. Ground Pork/Sausage

Smoked cuts are available at an additional $4/lb, due upon delivery.**
