I got my first sourdough starter during my vegetable farm apprenticeship in Maine in 2017 and have been baking bread ever since.

This is a hearty loaf with a chewy crust and soft inside. It’s made from organic bread flour and a blend of 3 varieties of freshly milled whole wheat berries, with the addition of a little olive oil and honey which help it to hold up in a sandwich and keep it soft. This is what our family eats every day! I recommend toasting to enjoy it to its fullest potential!
