Beautiful, high-yielding paste tomato, originally brought to Vermont from Italy during World War II. Large fruits are red with green shoulders and elongated with small seed cavities. Extremely sweet flavor when eaten raw or processed. Less susceptible to blossom-end rot than other paste varieties.
