Salad Turnips

1

Sweet, crisp, and juicy, Hakurei salad turnips are one of the most popular vegetables we grow. These Japanese turnips have a mild flavor with none of the sharpness often associated with traditional turnips. With a texture similar to a crisp radish but much sweeter, they're delicious eaten raw, roasted, sautéed, or added to salads.

Both the tender roots and flavorful greens are edible, offering two vegetables in one.
