Our Summer Salad Mix is a rotating mix of butter leaf, oak leaf, sweet crisp, and (weather permitting) frisée lettuces. Harvested within 24 hours of delivery/pickup and minimally conditioned (single rinse, no bleach/santizers/sani-date) to ensure greens stay fresh for at least 7 days from purchase. This is how salad should taste.
