Mild, fragrant, and versatile. From soups and stews to sautés and braises, leeks have a delicate onion-like flavor, making them a staple in gourmet kitchens for their flavor and aromatic charm.

Note: these leeks grew in first year beds and the blanching varies (~6”) compared to our typical leeks with ~9” of blanching when grown on more established beds. However, the taste is exceptionally fresh.
