Our turkeys are not given antibiotics or growth hormones as they are naturally healthier and disease-free living on our chemical-free pasture instead of being condemned to the usual poultry confinement housing. Because our turkeys have constant access to the outdoors and their traditional diet of greens and insects they are higher in essential omega-3 fatty acids and lower in saturated fat. We process our own turkeys on our farm ensuring the best quality that we can give to you. People rave about the flavor of our turkeys. We only sell whole birds that range from 14-23+ pounds. A non refundable $50 deposit will secure your fresh Thanksgiving beautiful bird. Cost is $7.50/lb. and balance is due at time of pickup. If you have a size preference please indicate in note section. FYI-Last few years the majority of birds weigh between 18-23 lbs. with of course some smaller and some larger. We are ONLY doing FRESH turkeys for Thanksgiving this year-no pre-Thanksgiving birds available.
