A towering wave of Reaper heat, this is bold, bright, and unforgettable.

It’s A Doozy is our full‑volume, no‑apologies hot sauce, loaded with Carolina Reapers for a massive, rising heat that doesn’t back down. It’s extremely hot, firmly in the 8–9 range for serious heat lovers, yet still carries that unmistakable Reaper fruitiness that makes the pepper so compelling. The heat builds in a long, dramatic arc, settling into a deep, resonant finish that feels both intense and strangely addictive. And yes, it absolutely lives up to its name: one taste and “It’s A Doozy” is the only thing that fits. This is the bottle you pull out when you want to make a statement, the one that turns a simple dish into a full‑on crescendo.
