Lemon cream base with infused lavender

Farm Fresh Gelato produced right here in our Creamery in Plains.
We start with our fresh A2/A2 raw milk and mix it with eggs, sugar, etc to make a creamy pasteurized base. It then gets pumped into our refrigerated bulk tank to age for a whole day! This give it that taste that only gelato has.
Next into the batch freezer, add mix ins and into the container for you!
Base Ingredients - Milk, Heavy Cream, Sugar, Dry Milk Powder, Egg Yolk, Vanilla Paste
