Personalize your farm membership

Yes! This winter, Living Hope Farm is partnering with FarmerJawn Agriculture, a Pennsylvania farm dedicated to growing fresh, seasonal food and strengthening our local food system. Each share will include a farmer’s-choice selection of three seasonal produce items, thoughtfully chosen based on what’s growing and ready to harvest. Expect a rotating mix of farm-fresh greens, roots, and other seasonal vegetables. Produce may arrive unwashed; please wash all items thoroughly before preparing or eating.
