The way we process payments is using a voucher system where we need to call in to place a hold on your account, and then “clear” the transaction in order to release the funds. This multi-step process ensures that we are an authorized vendor who has permission to accept the funds.
Because of this, the 2 transactions you see are the voucher processing and the voucher clearing. We have verified that you are only getting charged once, even though it looks like twice on your end.
