The Cheese Share from Cosmic Wheel Creamery is made in small batches from the milk of about 12 rotationally grazed, 100% grass fed cows. Shares will include a selection of raw milk aged cheeses (aged a minimum of 69 days) such as Manchego, Alpine style, Jack, Gouda, and Cosmic Wheel's original cheeses as a well as fresh, pasteurized cheeses such as Feta, Ricotta, Herbed Quark, Camembert, and Curds.

Approximately 1.5lb of cheese per delivery. Each share will include two or more types of cheese.
