Choose a half or whole pig for processing! Harvest date is September 28, and they are ready for pick up 10 days later.

$8/lb to the farm, $1.45/lb for cut and wrap butcher fees, $110 kill fee per whole animal.

This deposit reserves your whole or half hog and will be applied toward your final bill.
The remaining balance will be due once we receive hanging weights from the butcher.
Price is determined by hanging weight, which is the weight of the carcass after the hide, head, hooves, and non-usable organs are removed. Hanging weight is typically about 70% of the live animal weight.
Expected hanging weight: ~200 lbs
Some hogs may be larger than 200 lbs.
If you prefer a hog on the smaller side, let us know—we can’t make guarantees, but we do our best to match pigs with customers.

After processing, a half hog generally yields 70–100 lbs of packaged pork, depending on cut choices and bone-in vs. boneless selections.

You will work directly with the butcher to choose:

Wears will call to arrange pickup - It takes a 10days to 2 weeks for your pork to be processed. Once Wears calls you for pickup meat MUST be picked up within 3 days.
