Raw Goat Milk, Half Gallon

1

Farmer's Note — Our milk comes from Nubian does, a breed known for exceptionally sweet, creamy milk with the highest butterfat of any standard dairy goat. It's what makes ours taste the way good milk should.

Small-batch, Grade A raw goat milk — pure, nutrient-rich, and the way nature intended.

Our Nubians are pasture-fed on land we're actively rewilding back to blackland prairie natives. When weather keeps them stalled, they get alfalfa and grass hay. On the milk stand, each doe gets a custom feed blend of alfalfa, beet pulp, oats, flax seed oil, and black oil sunflower seeds — because what goes into the animal shows up in the milk.

What Does It Taste Like?

If your only experience with goat milk is the sharp, "goaty" stuff from the store, this will change your mind.

  • The Flavor: Naturally sweet and clean with a rich, creamy finish. Nubian milk has the highest butterfat content of the standard dairy breeds, which gives it a smoothness that surprises people. There is no "goaty" taste at all, although the taste does change subtly through the seasons from spring buds and grasses to dry summer and autumn forage, to the sweet, thick, creamy winter milk that is so hard to get.

  • The Texture: Never homogenized, so the cream rises naturally. You'll often find a golden cream line at the top — stir it in or skim it off for the richest coffee creamer you've ever had.

Ways to Use It

  • Drink It Straight: This is milk you actually want to pour a glass of. Cold, sweet, and satisfying.

  • Coffee & Lattes: That natural cream line makes it an incredible whole-milk coffee creamer — no additives, no gums, just real cream.

  • Cooking & Baking: Use it anywhere you'd use cow's milk. The higher butterfat makes noticeably richer sauces, custards, and baked goods.

  • Feed It to Your Kids: The gentle A2 casein and smaller fat globules make it a go-to for families whose little ones struggle with cow's milk.

Why Choose Raw Goat Milk?

  • Superior Digestibility: Goat milk fat globules are significantly smaller than cow milk's, and it contains A2 casein — gentler on sensitive stomachs and easier for your body to break down.

  • Enzymes Intact: Because it's never pasteurized, all the natural enzymes, beneficial bacteria, and heat-sensitive vitamins are preserved exactly as nature produced them.

  • Regenerative Pasture: Our does graze land that's being restored to native blackland prairie — building soil health and biodiversity with every season. This isn't just milk; it's part of a bigger commitment to the land.

  • Non-GMO, No Shortcuts: No hormones, no GMO feed, no antibiotics. Just well-cared-for animals producing clean, honest milk..
