This is an acid-coagulated fresh cheese that can be left as curds or pressed into a somewhat crumbly wheel of cheese. Flavors are Sea Salt, Dill and Onion, Dill and Garlic, and Red and Black Pepper. Please let us know which flavor you would like in the notes when you order! This cheese is made with your share of milk. If you normally get one full share per week, you will receive only cheese the week that you order cheese.
