Just like the popcorn you pick up at the grocery store...BUT WAY MORE FUN! Grown locally by us from this past summer season. On the cob. Remove from the cob, pop, and enjoy!

How your farmers pop it:

Remove kernels from the cob. Heat a thin layer of oil in the bottom off a saucepan (enough oil to cover a single layer of kernels, we use coconut oil). When the oil is hot, add a single layer of kernels to the pan, cover, shake the pan continuously until the kernels pop. Do not stop shaking until popping dies down. Garnish with your favorite toppings (in our house we like butter + salt and truffle oil + black pepper).
