Designed for hobbyists and experienced gardeners alike, this workshop series provides the knowledge, skills and tools you need to produce your own nutritious and sustainable food at home. We started this in 2025 and it was a wild success!
$225/each when you join all three rather than $265 (individual)! We highly recommend attending the complete series as each of the three workshops offer unique content and training oriented to its growing season and are designed to build-upon and complement each other.
You'll receive our updated 26-page Farming Booklet as well as a flat of 30-50 veggie starts (a $50-$80 value!) to fill your garden with plants to grow with each session!!
Spring Session:
- Overview of our Intensive, No-Till Farming Model
- Soil Biology and Soil Health
- Establishing New No-Till Beds
- Hands-On Bed Preparation, Transplanting & Multicropping
- Spring Crop Care
Summer Session:
- Seasonal Farm Tour
- Weed, Pathway Management & Mulch
- Composting
- Hands-On Seeding (You’ll take a second flat home that you seeded!)
- Summer Crop Care, including trellising
Autumn Session:
- Seasonal Farm Tour
- Autumn and Winter Farming (especially important as day lengths change)
- Cover Crops
- Direct Seeding
