Thanksgiving Turkeys

Description

Our turkeys are raised on pasture and fed certified organic feed, kefir fermented on site, and fruit & vegetable scraps from our wash station.

They are harvested Monday the week of Thanksgiving, and distributed fresh from the farm on Tuesday, November 25th. A small batch will be harvested early, so please email directly to inquire about alternate pick up arrangements, if needed.

Giblets, organic cranberries direct from Bandon, Oregon, big 'ol mashing potatoes and other Thanksgiving fixings grown by us will be available to purchase separately on pick up day. We expect our turkeys to weigh in at 12-34 pounds (average was 22# last season).

Your $50 deposit is non-refundable and required to reserve your Shakefork turkey.

$8.59 per lb. Your balance due after the deposit will be charged on pickup day.
