Is our take on the classic German sauerkraut with a touch of California dill. Salty, sour, acidic and complex- are exactly the kind of flavors a healthy gut craves! We add caraway seed, which is known to be rich in antioxidants, aids in digestion, and stabilizes blood sugar. This medicinal food is crafted by wild-fermenting organic, raw cabbage. We do not use additives or starter cultures found in most sauerkrauts. We ferment in glass up to 28 days.
Suggested dose: Two tablespoons either with a meal, like burgers, tacos, sausage, and sandwiches or straight out of the jar.
Ingredients: Organic cabbage, organic dillweed, organic caraway seed, Himalayan sea salt, and time.
