Fill your freezer with premium, locally raised beef — steaks, roasts, ground beef, and more! Our Lakeshore Beef ¼ Beef is raised right here in Algoma, Wisconsin, on the shores of Lake Michigan, where quality and care come first.

A $200 deposit holds your spot, and the total cost is $3.50 per pound (based on hanging weight) plus the exact processing charges for your specific order. A quarter will cost roughly $800 when complete, and you’ll take home about 150 pounds of meat — all custom cut to fit your family’s needs.

Orders are typically ready for pickup 14–20 days after processing, and we’ll contact you to go over cutting instructions and pickup details. We’ll also include a breakdown of all charges right on your receipt.
