Spinach - Tatsoi, Clamshell

Tatsoi is an Asian Spinach. Closely related to Bok Choy and can be interchanged with it. Maybe eaten raw or cooked. Sweet aroma similar to spinach with a sweet tangy and mild mustard taste.
