High on the volcanic slopes of Kilimanjaro and Arusha, Tanzanian smallholder farmers handpick cherries and process them through AMCOS cooperatives. This peaberry lot is carefully sorted, washed, and sun-dried, reflecting generations of care and the highland communities that cultivate it.
