Sidama smallholders at the base of Bombe Mountain cultivate this coffee in garden plots around their homes. For this natural lot, cherries are washed, density- and hand-sorted, then dried under the Ethiopian sun before milling in Addis Ababa. Expect plum, cherry, and honey sweetness, a light, bright body, and a light roast that highlights its clarity.
