Ingredients

Pastry Dough: Organic flour, organic butter, water, organic sugar, salt.

Filling: Organic peaches, organic sugar, organic lemon juice, organic flour, almond extract.

Manufactured on equipment that processes milk, eggs, soy, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, and seeds. ***Known allergen ingredients.

Storage & Handling

This product is perishable and ships chilled.

Keep frozen until baking. Pre-heat your oven to 400°. For convection ovens, lower the given temperature to 375°. If your pastries brown too quickly, cover them with a loose sheet of foil. We include parchment sheets with each shipment and recommend that you use them to line your baking tray. For a golden brown crust, brush the dough with cream, milk, or an egg-wash. Sweet pastries may be sprinkled with sugar if desired. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Chef Becky creates a fruit forward Peach Turnover that places our legendary yellow peaches in the spotlight. She slices fresh peaches by hand and places them in our signature small batch pastry dough. Not too sweet, each turnover makes a great personal portion, so serve up one each to family and friends!

Our Farm Kitchen utilizes fruit that cannot be sold commercially due to cosmetic defects or because it is too ripe to be eaten out of hand. This fruit is full of the legendary flavor we are known for and delivers goodness in every bite.
