Storage & Handling: Store in the freezer immediately upon arrival and until ready to enjoy. Place the container in the refrigerator the day before you plan to eat it. Put a larger container under the frozen soup container to catch any spills. Allow the frozen soup to defrost completely, which may occur overnight or require an entire day. Cook the soup within 1 to 2 days of thawing. You may refreeze it, though that may affect the taste and texture.
