Mollie’s Delicious apples are smooth, thin, firm, and ribbed with a yellow-green base, covered in pink-red striping and blush. Flesh is pale yellow to white with a crisp texture, aromatic with a sweet-tart and subtly acidic flavor. This is probably the best eating/table apple of the summer!
