Our pastured pigs are a cross between hearty heritage breeds (American Guinea Hog x Ossabaw). They clean up fields, eat food scraps, and consume huge amounts of extra vegetable materials as we cycle through our planting beds. They turn brushy areas into cleaned-up fields, and they also taste great. If you eat pork, we think you'll love these chops. Great for low-and-slow cooking: pulled pork, carnitas, braising, you name it. These cuts are $12/lb and usually run between .75 and 1 lb per package.
