Our pastured pigs are a cross between hearty heritage breeds (American Guinea Hog x Ossabaw). They clean up fields, eat food scraps, and consume huge amounts of extra vegetable materials as we cycle through our planting beds. They turn brushy areas into cleaned-up fields, and they also taste great. We use bacon as flavoring as often as we use it as a breakfast meat. These packages are priced at $12/lb and usually run about .75-.95 pounds per package.
