A 60 lb hanging-weight lamb will typically yield approximately 40–45 lbs of packaged meat, depending on your cutting instructions and whether you choose bone-in or boneless cuts. Lambs will range 50-80lb HW.
Your lamb can be custom cut to your preferences and may include chops, steaks, roasts, ground lamb, ribs, shanks, stew meat, neck, soup bones, fat and organs.
The $100 deposit reserves your whole lamb and will be applied toward the final cost of the animal.
