These are some seriously gorgeous steaks. Our Wagyu Cross cattle were raised to 3 years old, primarily on grass with only a minimal amount of non-GMO barley. These boneless ribeyes have exceptional marbling, tenderness and rich beef flavor and are cut an impressive 1½–2 inches thick. These are substantial steaks made for the grill, cast iron or a beautiful reverse sear.
