Made in limited quantities, this stock is free of preservatives and additives — just wholesome, real ingredients. Because it’s preservative-free, it is not shelf-stable. We freeze it immediately after making, so it arrives ready for you to thaw and use at your convenience. Once thawed, it will stay fresh in your refrigerator for up to 4–5 days.
Perfect as a base for soups, stews, risottos, gravies, or simply sipped warm as a nourishing broth.
