Know Before You Go: Open Table Farm Dinners

We can’t wait to welcome you to the farm! Before you arrive, here are a few helpful details so you know exactly what to expect.

🌿 The Experience

Your evening begins with a handcrafted Welcome Cocktail upon arrival—cheers to slowing down and soaking it all in. We'll then take you on a short guided farm tour, where you'll meet some of the animals and learn a bit about how your dinner came to be.

After that, we’ll settle in for a 5-6 course dinner served al fresco, each course thoughtfully prepared using ingredients grown and raised on our farm. You'll also enjoy thoughtfully paired drinks to complement each course.

🍽️ A Set Menu

We serve a single seasonal menu for each dinner. Our dinners are a culinary snapshot of what’s freshest and most flavorful from the farm that week—and we promise, it’s always worth showing up hungry. We do not publish the menu ahead of time as we work with our private chef up to a week before the dinner on designing the menu based on harvests available on the farm. We encourage you to join us with an adventurous palette and big appetite!

🌤️ Dining Outdoors

All dinners are hosted outside, on the farm. Expect sunshine, shade, and maybe a little breeze. We recommend:

Wearing comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing
Choosing closed-toed shoes (you’ll be walking on grass, gravel, and dirt)
Bringing a hat or light sweater, depending on the season

We’ll provide handheld fans during warmer months and make sure you're comfortable throughout the evening.

🎟️ Farm Dinner Ticket Policy

We’re a small farm and each dinner is a carefully planned experience — from the menu designed with our chef to the ingredients grown and harvested right here. Because of that, we have a few important policies in place to help us keep things running smoothly and fairly for everyone.

💡 General Policy

All ticket sales are non-refundable once purchased. However, we understand that plans change, so we offer flexibility when possible depending on how far in advance we’re notified.

⏰ Cancellations Made More Than 14 Days Before the Event

If you need to cancel more than 14 days before your scheduled dinner, you may choose one of the following options:

Transfer your ticket to another available dinner date, or
Receive a full refund to your original form of payment.

❌ Cancellations Made Within 14 Days of the Event

Because we confirm guest counts, purchase ingredients, and pay our chef and staff well in advance, cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

We appreciate your understanding that by this point, your seat and meal have already been prepared for.

🌧️ Weather Policy

Our dinners are held outdoors to celebrate the beauty of the farm. In the rare event that we must cancel day-of due to inclement weather (such as heavy rain or storms), tickets will remain non-refundable. We will reschedule the event to a future date and honor your ticket purchase at said future date.

Part of the experience is dining under the open sky — and while we can’t control the weather, we still incur costs for ingredients, staff, and setup regardless of the forecast.

We promise to always make weather-related decisions with guest safety and comfort in mind.
